Thank you so much for shopping with us! We know how difficult it can be to try and find the right size and style, all without having the ability to try items on first. Here at Fair Willow, we try and make your returns as easy as possible! We offer refunds in your original form of payment or a store credit. 
❄ Holiday Return Policy ❄  If your item was purchased throughout the month of December, you have all throughout December to make a return, as well as up to the first two weeks of January (January 16, 2021). After that date, our original return policy goes into play. 
To start a return, you can request one at 
We normally have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to make a return. If an item is returned after this 21 day period, you will be charged a $5 fee to send your items back. You may receive your return on your original form of payment or store credit. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and with all tags attached. Along with the returned items, we will need to receive your packing slip as well.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are within distance, you may instead choose to Drop Off your return for FREE. If this is what you choose to do, please include it in your email to us and we can work out details!

What if I am needing an exchange? 
Got the wrong size? We got you covered! If you are needing a size exchange, you must return your unwanted item within the 21 day time stamp as well. Exchanges must be returned unused, unwashed, scent-free and tagged or they will not be accepted. After approving your item, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. You will then be responsible for placing an order with the correct size!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
